Reflection.
For 50 seconds, Reflection is replaced with the next skill you use. If the reflected skill is used Reflection ends.
Energy cost: 5. Casting time: 1 second. Recharge time: 30 seconds. No attribute.

This skill's recharge time would start exactly after having used the copied skill. The reason for being 30 seconds of recharge -and not the 15 seconds of Glyph of Renewall- is that Reflection works with any skill not just with spells.

Echo for a mesmer may be particularly interesting as a skill which copies another skill; any skill not just spells; but Echo has some constrains which lessens its interest.
Nevertheless, Echo as a mesmer's skill has a rather scarce duration of 20 seconds to use the copied skill... 20 seconds for which there is not an icon showing its ending... and, then, 30 seconds of recharge, what make more often than not 50 seconds for just a single repetition of a mesmer's skill. I dismiss here the uses of Echo by other proffessions, I am talking about a mesmer, and, in this sense, I might find some use of Echo -which technicaly is a skill not a spell for echoing Blackout. Now, for Blackout, despite having only 12 seconds of recharge time it is rather difficult that Blackout might be repited more than 1 time due to the trivial fact that Blackout disables for 5 seconds the use of the copied Blackout, but it is not implossible. This is why I have though about the skill which I suggest.
